For a two-year-old boy, Noah has very strong opinions about fashion, especially since his sister at two didn’t seem to be aware that she was even wearing clothes.
But my son’s tastes are exquisite, specific, and a non-negotiable. As such, I decided to let him have his own video column to share his wisdom. So be prepared to learn from the Tim Gunn of Toddlers.
We should all wear superhero capes more often =)
I agree. I think I need one right now, actually.
This is awesome! I want to share it with my husband, but I know he will have questions. 1.) why does Noah have those word in his vocabulary? 2.) did you somehow edit this to make it say stuff he is not actually saying? 3.) is this for real?!
No matter what it is ADORABLE!
1. Because I’m his Mommy.
2. Nope – he said it all.
3. Yup. Hint: He’ll repeat anything I tell him to.
;-)
This is adorable! And Noah is correct, the world needs more superhero capes!
And I know just the woman that can make one for everyone!! :-)
There is that cute boy (with a few too many fashion words)! I definitely prefer him not potty training. :)
Awesome! I think your answers made this video EVEN better! I have a two and a three year old and they say the opposite of what I say! He’s a cute kid and you are a lucky mommy
I love that he says abomination and abhorrent. Awesome Noah! My Landon would agree 100% on all points! Don’t guess you’re gonna hit up Zulily’s current nothinbutsmock shop then, huh?
Not today. :-)
He is so handsome. Also, I know you will give Noah the best education in the world and he will probably have all kinds of degrees one day but, face it, he will be some kind of truck driver or car mechanic or race car driver. Just do like Ryan Neuman’s (race car driver) Dad did, made him finish college before he would let him race. Ryan is also an engineer.
Oh yes, I am convinced that his future occupation will have something to do with wheels. Now the only thing left to determine will be how dangerous it is.
Noah, that was amazing. I could not agree with you more on smock, John johns, and embroidered names. Tim Gunn would be proud.
Oh man, crying. ♫ Smock is an abomination ♫
This is hilarious! I loved it and totally agree with him. I do have to confess that I had to do an Internet search for john johns because I was unfamiliar with them (I am from NJ). :)
We don’t have John johns in PA either. Love Noah’s expressions.
We have many quirky children’s clothing items down here. The list is endless!
Too cute!! I love it!
Rachel, this is the funniest thing i have seen in quite a while. LOVE IT !!
Thank you! It was fun to attempt. Hopefully he’ll be bribable into a second volume.
i will bring you squinkies from my collection to pay you back.., that was awesome!!!u
Aw, thanks!! That makes it all worth it.
Noah you had me at diapertoe. Those are the worst!
This made me laugh. So funny hearing him try to say abomination and abhorrent. I also liked his concerned look when he informed us that duckies are only for the bathtub.
I’ll pass on your compliments to the kid.
As far as I’m concerned, if you never post anything more than these videos, I’m fine with that. CRACKED ME UP.
If only he were more agreeable, I would consider humoring you.
Diapertoe! Bwhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
That was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute!! Vocabulary is insane for his age, love it. I read your comment where you spoke about him saying what you tell him to so I have to say your coming up with the diapertoe was really funny. And I can totally see you coming through with him saying that putting his name on clothes gives strangers too much information ;) Have you gotten the cape in the mail yet from Zulily?? I bet he is going to go BONKERS for it when you give it to him!
Thank you! It was a lot of fun to make.
Yup, we got the cape, and he was totally impressed – for the first day. Now he won’t wear it anymore!
That’s how my kids are with new things, though. In a few months, he and the cape will be inseparable.
“Smock is an abomination.” OMG. This is priceless!
Thanks! He’s releasing his second episode tomorrow. He’s peeing his pants with excitement!
…or because he does that every day.
Love love love this post! I agree so much w/ Noah. Smart kid.
