Happy Blogday to me, Happy Blogday to me. . .
Since I skimmed over my 100th blog, I’m going to celebrate my 150th!
BUT I’m going to ask you to celebrate it for me. I’ve written you people 150 blogs in under 4 months – that’s a lotta love for you!! Yet, still, over half of my regular readers have never commented on my blog – that’s right – you’re still blalkers!!! Now, I love my blalkers – I love having readers, and I really appreciate the fact that you find my blog interesting enough to warrant your time. However, I would like to know who you are, and to introduce you to the fun world of interactive blogging!!
Sooo. . . to celebrate my 150th blog, if you’ve never commented on my blog before, here’s your chance! Please, introduce yourself, say hi, anything you want! You aren’t required to have any sort of account to comment, you can comment as anonymous and just put your name in the comment.
Oh – and to all of my regular commenters – thank you thank you thank you THANK YOU for your feedback!! It keeps me blogging and helps point me in the right direction of what to blog about!! And if we get some new friends from this post – please help me welcome them to the blog-world!!
However, if you still want to remain anonymous, I’m ok with that – like I said, I appreciate all of my readers! But I think you’ll find that being a commenting blog reader rather than just a blog reader is so much more fun because of the interaction! And I sure do love interacting with my readers!
So please, celebrate with me!!
Happy Blogday to me. . . . .
Although I have commented before on your blog. I don’t think I ever really introduced myself. My name is Leanna, and I am a friend of Lindsay’s and JC’s from Gainesville, FL. Lindsay and I worked together and I miss her because now I don’t really have anyone to talk to or gossip with. At least none that have the same faith in God as I do. Anyway! I throughly enjoy your blog not only the cute pictures of Ali and Eli, but the messages as well. And since I intend to visit Lindsay as often as I can, and the fact that my brother in law is also from Birmingham I hope to be able to meet in person one day soon.
Thanks Leanna, It was nice to officially meet you! ;) I hope to meet you face to face one day as well! You will have to come to a Zannis Sunday Lunch!!
I comment all the time. :) :) Go me :)
Happy BlogDay to you!
I have commented before, but I too have a blog and know the excitment of checking the blog just to find that there are comments on what you have shared. It helps to get encouragement and know that other people really are interested in what you have to say.
I do love reading your blog and keeping up with Ali. But I think that my little girl Alyssa (about the same age as Ali) loves your blog even more. She gets very excited to see pics of Ali even though they have never met.
So with that I say be encouraged to go on with another 150+ blogs.
Reese
I am one of your “I don’t comment very often” bloggers, but here I am. :o) That’s terrific about the Taubls. I amy have to watch that show now. ~Heather
um, well, I am Ann Marie Falls Leveille and I was Rachel’s MOH in her wedding 7 years ago, and she was my MOH in mine 6.5 years ago, I briefly dated (“went out with”) her brother JC in HS, so that made her not like me very much, but after our traumatic break-up, we became quite the BFF. We used to go to their house every Sunday night and make pizza and play Mario Cart.
So there’s the deal w/ me, if anyone cares… :)
seriously, great blogging Rach! Mine is not nearly as good…just random

Gina – yes, go you! ;)
Reese – I’m glad your little girl likes my blog!! Maybe one day she and Ali can meet for real!
Heather – thanks! So I’m assuming that you were there for their concert too? Aren’t they awesome? And as a disclaimer, I am not recommending “America’s Got Talent”, although maybe it will get a little better after all of the crazy auditions are over ;).
Ann Marie – ah, memories!!! I was just thinking about our “inside joke” list that we hid in your closet!! What fun. And I had forgotten that we played Mario Kart on Sunday nights. Chris got a Wii a few weeks ago, and he has the new M.K. on that – with the steering wheels and all! Maybe we need to have a Sunday night reunion!! :)
Happy belated blogday! I’ve just been introduced to your blog within the past few days, and I love it. Haven’t had the chance to go back and retro-blalk you, but stand by.
Oh, almost forgot- I’m Kyle, and we’re related! Haven’t seen you for a few Christmases, but maybe one year…
Wow – Kyle!! It continues to amaze me how the news of a blog can travel – glad to “see” you – you’re right – it has been a while! Thanks for saying hey!!
Happy Blog Day to You (the tranquilizer in my world now). I love all of it and all of you too. k
So I’ve commented before, but I thought that since I’m being a total creeper and reading your blog from the beginning to the present as if it were an e-book that I might as well celebrate the markings of time as I read.
I will say it’s really cool to see how you’ve evolved as a blogger, learning what makes blogs more readable and how to keep things interesting. And this is just 150 posts and 4 months worth of your progress… that’s saying something.
Thanks!! I can’t stand to go back and read anything before 2010 – it pains me. :-)
And I’m always amazed at people who go back and read “the whole thing” – I couldn’t do it! I also love feedback afterward – what did I quit doing that I should start back doing, etc.
I’ll quiz you if you finish!
